Breathe: We stop to settle ourselves and to breathe. Taking a moment to breathe enables us to release that which is preventing us from experiencing God in the moment, and invite the life-giving breath of God in.
Share: We share our gratitude, our confessions, our fears, and our joys with God and each other. We also stop to hear the word of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ in the biblical teachings.
Reflect: We reflect on how God and the Holy Spirit is moving in the moment, in our day, the week, and in our lives as individuals, as a church family, and as a connected part of the body of Christ in the world.
Thank: Finally we thank. We thank God for the gifts of family, fellowship, abundance and talent as our church family continues its mission to address social injustices beyond the four walls of our church.

Come enjoy some time filled with laughter, love, and fun as we welcome all to our Turquoise Table. Our Caribbean themed community event will take place following our 10am church service on Sunday August 14th. Everyone from the East Hampton Community is invited to Relax and get to know their neighbor over a refreshing glass of lemonade and a hot dog or two.
