Communion Sunday

Worship Access Instructions

A message from The Deacons, Victor, and Rev. Jim

Members and Friends of CCEH,

Welcome to worship! Today, May 2, is our sixth Sunday to offer the option of in person worship in the sanctuary. In an effort to balance our needs for being together as a faith community with maintaining safe practices during this time of continuing pandemic, if you plan to join us in the sanctuary, please review our safe practice guidelines on our church website by clicking this link: https://cc-eh.org/church-reopening.

We are limited to 50 people in the sanctuary. We will do our best to accommodate additional in person worshipers in Fellowship Hall. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Being the first Sunday of the month, we share Holy Communion in our online interactive worship. Before worship you will want to prepare your Communion elements – some bread, a slice or a small loaf of any kind of bread. Tortilla or rice cake is fine too. Let it be something you alone or you with others in your house may break and share. Prepare a cup or cups of juice — perhaps grape or cranberry — or wine, with or without alcohol.

For those unable or not yet ready to join us in person for worship, you can still participate via Zoom – see link below. (Note: this is a change from last fall where YouTube livestream was the online option.)
